ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the orders passed in C.M.P.No.1161(A) 2017 on 06.10.2017 in Mc.No.06/2017 by the Judicial First class Magistrate at Ambattur, in respect of this petitioners in the interest of Justice.

2. This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the petition filed for interim maintenance pending disposal of the main case filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C.

3. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the case is now at the stage of examination of the respondent /Husband.

4. This Court does not find any illegal infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and there is no ground to interfere with the same. Interest of Justice will be served by fixing a time for the completion of the proceedings.

5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in Mc.No.06 of 2017 within a period of three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
