PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records culminating in the Tender dated 30.08.2022 bearing No.Roc.5676/NMP/2022 dated 30.08.2022 issued by the Directorate of Integrated Child Development Services for the procurement of eggs (Hen) as per AGMARK specification for a period of one year from 1st November 2022 to 31st October 2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue fresh tender on the line of provisions of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules, 2000 with the concurrence of the respondents 2 to 4.
