This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vridhachalam, Cuddalore District in C.C.No.434/2016 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case itself ended in acquittal by judgment dated 07.06.2019, made in C.C No.434 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
