The Civil Revision Petition was filed by the petitioners on 02.12.2020.

Thereafter, the papers were returned by the Registry. Thereafter, the 1st petitioner/Ramayal died on 13.12.2021.

Now, the petitioners want to include the name of son of the deceased Ramayal as 5th petitioner in this revision. The petitioners have to file a petition to bring the legal representative on record.

Hence, the petition to accept the cause title is not maintainable.

2. Therefore, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file petition to bring legal representatives on record.
