This application has been filed to enlarge the time for complying with the direction issued in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 28.07.2021 passed in A.No.2063 of 2021 in O.P.No.502 of 2011.

2. By the aforementioned order, the applicant was permitted to sell the flat of the deceased Testator and compliance report was directed to be filed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Three months' period referred to in the order dated 28.07.2021 has got expired and under those circumstances, this application has been filed, seeking for extension of time.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.
