This Application has been filed seeking to amend the original petition to include further securities of the deceased which are all share certificates and details of which have been given in the amended schedule.

2.In the affidavit it had been stated that the details of these securities had been inadvertently omitted to be included to the schedule to the main Original Petition.

3.In view of the reasons and since succession certificate has already been granted and it is only appropriate that it is extended to further securities, which stood in the name of the deceased, this Application is allowed. Fresh Succession Certificate to be issued after amending the schedule by including the securities mentioned to the Judges Summons of this application.
