Prayer:- Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry under this Court supervision to find out the persons behind for the reduction of petitioner Public Plus 2 marks exams held on March 2017 and consequently take action against the main culprits as well as the erring officials, within the stipulated period prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus to take action against the erring officials. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that she was studying higher secondary course during the academic year 2016-2017 in the 7th respondent school. The further case of the petitioner is that she was harrased and put to mental agony by the 7th respondent school when she was studying there as a student. The petitioner has narrated a lot of incidents that took place while she was studying in the 7th respondent school. One of the grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the petitioner was given lesser marks in the examinations that were conducted by the 7th respondent school and that shattered the confidence of the petitioner, before she took the public exams. As a result of the same, the marks given to her for internal assessment was reduced drastically.

The petitioner appeared in person through video conferencing and made her submissions.

In the considered view of this Court, the various facts that have been elicited in the affidavit requires evidence to

prove the same. This Court exercising its jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India cannot undertake the exercise of appreciation of facts. That apart, at this length of time, no useful purpose will be served in undertaking a fishing expedition as sought for by the petitioner. This Court does not find any ground to entertain the releif sought for in this writ petition and this Court does not find any materials even to come to any prima facie conclusion with regard to the various allegations made by the petitioner.

In the result, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
