ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditional order passed in Crl.R.C.No.1828 of 2023, dated 02.07.2025 on the file of this Court, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.32,500/- to the credit of the Trial Court in C.C.No.105 of 2016, pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant an extension of time for compliance.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to deposit the said sum of Rs.32,500/- on or before 08.08.2025. Failing which, the conditional order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1828 of 2023 dated 02.07.2025, shall stand automatically cancelled, and the respondent police is at liberty to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioner to undergo the remaining period of sentence as ordered by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Appellate Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
