PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent to conduct a further investigation in Crime No.105 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent herein and submit to file final report to the competent Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to consider the defacto complainant petition and to direct the respondents to conduct a further investigation in Crime No.105 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police to file a final report to the competent Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 27.04.2021, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to conduct further investigation within, a period of six months.

5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct a further investigation and also directed to file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, preferably within, a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
