2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.2993 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.700 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
