ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2024, however, the said representation of the petitioner was considered and disposed of, vide order dated 06.09.2024. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 06.09.2024 in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
