Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not press the appeal/application as against the non-applicant/respondent 2.
In the light of that, the appeal as well as the present application stands dismissed as against the respondent/non-applicant 2.
The present application is filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the appeal.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 26 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
Accordingly, the application stands allowed and is disposed of.
