(Order of the Court was made by M.M.Sundresh, J.) The petitioner has made a complaint to respondent No.1 dated 07.07.2015 inter alia contending that by violating the norms and encroaching the public channel, a layout has been approved in favour of respondent No.6 by respondent No.5. On receipt of the said complaint, respondent No.1 in Na.Ka.No.13746/2015/LA1, dated 22.07.2015 directed respondent No.2 to look into the matter and take appropriate action. Thereafter, respondent No.1 directed respondent No.2 in Na.Ka.No.16316/2015/LA1, dated 18.08.2015 to inform the action taken in this regard. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking note of the fact that respondent No.2 is the competent authority and the grievance of the petitioner is against the approved layout by respondent No.5, a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2015 after affording opportunity to the parties including the petitioner and respondent No.6 and after receiving the report from respondent No.5 in pursuance to the proceedings dated 03.09.2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

3. The writ petition is disposed of in terms aforesaid. No costs.
