2. The applicant has now stated that the respondent has settled the dues of the applicant. In view of the same, the applicant seeks to raise the order of attachment dated 15.04.2016 passed in A. No.6346 of 2015. Since the applicant's claim has been fully settled by the respondent, there is no necessity to serve notice on the respondent and therefore, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant's claim has been settled, the order of attachment dated 15.04.2016 passed in A. No.6346 of 2015 has to be raised.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by raising the order of attachment dated 15.04.2016 passed in A. No.6346 of 2015. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Sub Registrar Office, Munchirai, Kanniyakumari District to remove the encumbrance from its records.
