This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to investigate and register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.03.2016 and file a final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.75 of 2016 and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. 4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, or close the complaint under intimation to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
