ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 19.06.2023 made by the petitioners herein directing the first and second respondents herein to settle the transport service facilities to the extent of due amount of Rs.57,71,546/- as per the fund request letter of the 3rd respondent dated 07.03.2023 to the petitioner for the transport facilities provided to the 3rd respondent herein and pass appropriate orders within stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner made representations on various dates to the respondents to consider the pathetic situation and the finance burden was mounting from the month of May 2021 which was spent to the hospital transport for general public service and they have been paying huge interest for the borrowed loan amount. Hence, the petitioners sought for the due amount pending with the state exchequer and it was not considered till date and no orders were passed. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the
limited request sought for by the petitioners, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 19.06.2023 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 20.09.2024 rli To
