ORDER
This Criminal Revision has been filed as against the order passed in CMP No.214 of 2025 in M.C.No.4 of 2024, dated 20.01.2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, thereby allowing the petitioner to set aside the ex-parte order passed in M.C.No.4 of 2024, on condition that the petitioner
shall pay a sum of Rs.16,000/- as costs to the respondents on or before 13.02.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that though the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the costs to the respondents, the time for payment of the costs got expired and prayed for extension of time.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended and the petitioner shall pay the costs on or before 02.09.2025 directly to the respondents, failing which, the order passed in CMP No.214 of 2025 in M.C.No.4 of 2024, dated 20.01.2025, shall automatically stands cancelled. The respondents are at liberty to proceed with the petitioner to claim the arrears of maintenance in accordance with law.
4.Accordingly, the Criminal Revision is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
