This petition is filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filing the above Appeal in CMA SR.No.116760/2023.

Since R3 and R4 remained ex-parte before the Tribunal. Notice to R3 an R4 is dispensed with.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.116760 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.
5.In the eventuality of the petitioner succeeding in the appeal, interest may have to be reckoned only from the date on which the Registry takes the appeal on record.
