Mr.S.Dhakshnamoorthy, the learned counsel submits that the present appeal belongs to a batch of another 15 cases, where Ms.A.Salomi appears. Therefore, his name may be dropped from the cause list and Ms.A.Salomi's name alone need to be retained for R2.

2.The Registry is accordingly directed to drop the name of M/s.

S.Dhakshnamoorthy from the cause list for R2.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent.

4.This petition stands allowed. The delay of 178 days is hereby condoned.

5.The Registry is required to number the above C.M.A, if the papers are otherwise in order.
