vga of 2024 is allowed as prayed for, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent to raise all objections in the main O.P. 4.Since the interim stay has been granted in favour of the petitioner in Arb. O.P. (Com.Div.) No.358 of 2024, no useful purpose will be served if A.No.5280 of 2024 and E.P. D.No.120491 of 2024, which is in un-numbered stage, are allowed to be kept pending. Accordingly, A.No.5280 of 2024 is closed and E.P. D.No.120491 of 2024 is rejected.

5.Liberty is granted to the applicant in A.No.5280 of 2024 and the petitioner in E.P. D.No.120491 of 2024 to revive those application and petition in case they succeed in Arb. O.P. (Com.Div.) No.358 of 2024. 6.Both the counsels are directed to file their brief notes of submissions along with the authorities they rely upon on or before the next hearing date. Post the O.P. on 17.03.2025.
