(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The appeal of the petitioner is already pending before the appellate authority being the second respondent. The appeal has been filed only on 23.09.2016. Thus, there is no reason to issue directions to dispose of the appeal, as there has been no inordinate delay. If the petitioner seeks interim relief, it is for him to approach the appellate authority.

2.Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.32497 of 2016 is also dismissed.
