This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.19 of 2015 dated 07.05.2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2.Today, both the petitioner and the second respondent and their respective counsel are present. They filed a joint compromise memo stating that the matter has been settled amicably and hence the second respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No.19 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

3.Recording the joint compromise memo filed by the petitioner as well as the second respondent, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.19 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed.
