ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to further investigate the complaint dated 22.02.2017.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered the case in CSR No.139 of 2017 and after completion of investigation and enquiry it is found that the complaint is false. He further submitted that on 04.09.2017 it was closed as "Further Action Dropped" and therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate complaint before the Court concerned, in accordance with law.
