This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.17731 of 2023 on 16.08.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in this case is completed and the charge sheet is ready and yet to be filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
