ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful conduct of business, ie., cross massage in the name and style of "Thulasi Ayurcare Health Centre SPA" at No.8/347, Sri Nagar, Gandhipuram (P.O.), Tiruppur District-641 603.

2.When this writ petition came up before this Court on 02.11.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate was directed to submit a report as to whether there is any Ayurvedic Centre in the address where the business is said to have been carried out. Today, the second respondent police submitted a report, in which it is stated that the petitioner was carrying on business in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

name and style of 'Thulasi Ayurvedic Centre' in the said address, earlier, but now there is no such Ayurvedic Centre functioning. It is also stated that no license has been obtained to run the said business. The report of the second respondent is placed on record.

3.In view of the above stated circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
