ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct respondents not to evict petitioner from his lands comprised in S.No.382/4 (Old Paimash No.98) measuring a total extent of 229 cents, situated at Thirukovilpattu Village (Vayalanallur B Village as per Revenue Records), Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District without following due process of law.

3. It is submitted by learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 2/5

that subject lands are classified as Anadheenam lands and thus petitioner is an encroacher. In any view, he would submit that they would follow due process of law before evicting the petitioner, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

4. In view thereof, the respondents are directed to follow due process of law before evicting the petitioner.
