ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to process application for Patta transfer, vide application No.2021/0103/18/165497, dated 23.10.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the application for Patta transfer, vide application No.2021/0103/18/165497, dated 23.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
