This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 581 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.9638 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.Since the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, there is no merit in the main CRP itself, hence, there is no meaning in condoning the delay which is very huge to the extent of 581 days. 4.Be that as it may, the issue, with regard to the main revision, can be decided at the time the revision is coming up for admission. Therefore, as of now, the condone delay petition is ordered, enabling the petitioners to bring the main CRP for decision. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5.The Registry is directed to verify whether the CRP is in order and if so, number it and post the same for admission.
