O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) as directed in Crl.O.P.No.15323 of 2025, dated 03.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail, directing deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- is onerous. Therefore, he seeks modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is still in progress.

4. Considering the above facts, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.69 of 2025, on or before 12.09.2025.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
