Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating in proceedings No.3658/Aa1/2015 dated 22.04.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the 1st respondent to cancel the sale deed Nos.1594/99, 822/2002, 817/2002 and 850/2002 registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Join-I, Dharmapurai.

ORDER

When this Court has pointed out that as against the impugned order, the petitioner is having an efficacious and alternative remedy in the form of appeal before the Inspector General of Registration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the Inspector General of Registration and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

In view of the submission and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted. No costs.
