RESPONDENTS Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016 and disconnect the Electricity Connection no. 256-703-2163 which is given to Kabali in the petitioners property within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram in her letter in D.No.537/ 2018, dated 16.5.2018 explaining that the Advocate Commissioner who was appointed earlier has returned the warrant and now another Advocate Commissioner was appointed and the case has been posted on 4.6.2018 for filing Advocate Commissioner's report. Hence, some more time has been sought for by the learned Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2016 on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Tambaram. 2 This Court being satisfied with the reason stated in the letter cited supra, grants further time of three months finally to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.34 of 2016. 3 The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
