This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23192 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's son marriage is scheduled to be fixed on 30.10.2022 at Alappuzha, Kerala and the marriage reception on 04.11.2022 at Attur. He would further submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23192 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022 is suspended from 29.10.2022 to 06.11.2022 and thereafter the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
