Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the application given by the petitioners on 05.11.2015 for issuance of fresh ration cards seperately to each of the petitioners.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and with the consent on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The case of the petitioners is that despite obtaining of the "Removal Certificate" from the Rationing Officer concerned, deleting their names from the original Family Card standing in the name of the petitioners' father, their application submitted on 05.11.2015 seeking individual Family Cards for each of the petitioners, remains unanswered and unconsidered. Hence, having left with no other alternative, the petitioners have come before this Court, with the present petition.

this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioners in their representation dated 05.11.2015, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
