O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2017 at the earliest moment.
2. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 12.09.2017 to respondents 1 to 5 to cancel the UDR patta issued in favour of the 6th respondent/Subramaniam, Kadhirvel and Thangavel. Since his representation has not been taken up for consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. After notice, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tittagudi-5th respondent herein submits to this Court that pursuant to the representation given by the petitioner to cancel the patta issued in favour of Subramaniam/6th respondent, Kadhirvel and Thangavel, enquiry was conducted and after hearing the parties concerned, the Revenue Divisional Officer has dismissed the representation of the petitioner recording the fact that civil suit filed by the petitioner has already been dismissed and the same was confirmed by the first appellate Court wherein the petitioner has preferred second appeal with delay and the same is pending before the High Court. Hence, the parties were directed to work out his remedy before the Civil Court.
4. In view of the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 25.10.2019, nothing survives in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
