This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.1285 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without notice to the respondents.

3. The respondents 1 to 5 herein filed a suit for declaration and injunction against the petitioner and other respondents.

4. The perusal of the typed set and E-Court entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest the written statement was filed in the suit as early as 06.01.2020 and the issues have been framed on 04.07.2022. However, there is no substantial progress in the suit, subsequent to the completion of pleadings which had taken place as early as January 2020.

5. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, to dispose of O.S.No.1285 of 2018 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
