ORDER
This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2024 and further direct the respondent to issue the 'Non Traceable Certificate' relating to the missing of the petitioner's house allotment document, issued by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 12.11.2024 and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and pass orders in accordance with law.
