2. The prayer of the petitioner is that the second respondent be directed to issue No Due Certificate in favour of the petitioner in connection with the Mortgage against the property at Perungalathur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Survey Nos.397/3B2 - 30 Cents, 397/3B1 - 47 Cents and 397/3B1-47 Cents.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents states that the matter has been settled and the account has been closed on 7.3.2017. He has also tendered a letter dated 16.4.2019 of the respondents addressed to him in this regard. The learned counsel for the respondents states that they will return the original documents to the petitioner within a period of ten days of request being made for the same. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.8194 of 2017 and 36501 of 2018 are closed.
