These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the above appeals.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent would submit that she has no objection in allowing these petitions subject to the waiver of interest for the delay period.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions.

4. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to number these appeals and list the same along with C.M.A.Nos.198, 2984, 200 to 206 of 2024 on 08.02.2024.
