ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to accord sanction as required under Section 197 Cr.P.C for prosecution against the respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2018.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2018 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
