ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.474 of 2019 on the file of T-13, Kundrathur Police Station, Chennai 600 069 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed as "further action dropped" before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur on 16.02.2023.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
