This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2016 and file a report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.16 of 2016 and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry. 4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, or close the complaint under intimation to the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
