Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in No.1847/TOV/A2/Certificates/2016-17 dated 09.06.2016 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue the Permanent Integrated Certificate {PIC} to applicant Mumtaz Rezana.R [Daughter of Raja Mohamed Ibrahim] within the time to be fixed by this Court. ORDER

When this Court has pointed out that as against the impugned order, the petitioner is having an efficacious and alternative remedy in the form of appeal before the Deputy Collector [Revenue], Villianoor, as has also been stated in the very impugned order itself, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the Deputy Collector [Revenue], Villianoor and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

In view of the submission and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
