ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct proper investigation in Cr.No.104/2025 on the file of the respondent police and file final report as contemplated under section 193(2) of BNSS 2023 before the appropriate court in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that on the basis of the First Information Report registered in Crime No.104 of 2025, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed as mistake of facts and RCS has also been filed before the concerned Court.
