2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on an earlier occasion, this Court referred the matter to Mediation, but, mediation process is failed. Already, HMOP.No.60 0f 2022 is pending before the learned Sub Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. In view of the above, the parties are work out their remedy before the appropriate forum and hence, no further orders required.
