ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 2 and 3 to issue separate patta, make changes in A register and other revenue records in petitioner's name in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.116/3C.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner submitted a representation on 20.06.2025 seeking issuance of separate patta in petitioner's name and to make changes in the A register and other revenue records in the name of petitioner in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.116/3C measuring an extent of 4.50 hectares and 0.11 cents, situated at Chengalpattu District of Cheyyur Taluk at Kalpattu Village and bearing Joint Patta No.669. It is however stated that the representation has not been considered by the respondents till date. Aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court.

4. At the outset, it is submitted by Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents that petitioner may submit an online application in this regard. He would further submit that if any application for issuance of patta in petitioner's name is made, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed by the respondents in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to take out a fresh online application seeking issuance of separata patta in respect of the subject property and to carry out necessary changes in the revenue records, before the appropriate authority. If any such application is filed, the appropriate respondent shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law after affording the petitioner and other interested parties a reasonable opportunity of hearing within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of such online application.
5.1. Though facts have been set out extensively in the affidavit, this Court does not propose to deal with it while leaving it open to the respondents to call for any document/conduct enquiry, if any, while considering the petitioner's 3/6
representation.
5.2. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of the petitioner and all other interested parties are left open. No costs.
