This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 4 to provide police protection to the respondents 2 and 3 along with the petitioner to measure and lay survey stones marking the boundaries in the petitioner's property in accordance with law. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 4 by seeking police protection to the respondents 2 and 3 along with the petitioner to survey the 2/4
land comprised in Survey No.109/8A, situated at Jagir Ammapalayam Village, Salem Taluk and District.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that proper action would be taken after making due enquiry and after receiving representation from the surveyor. 5.
If the surveyor fixes the date and time during which he would go to the spot and whether he apprehends any disturbances and send a representation, the fourth respondent police can assess the situation and do the needful in accordance with law.

With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
