C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct re-auction for shop Nos.13 and 14 respectively, through online mode by considering the petitioners representation dated 17.05.2023 within a period to be fixed by this Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners intended to participate in the public auction and made representation dated 17.05.2023 to the first respondent seeking to conduct re-auction for the respective shops, however, there is no response. Hence, the petitioners have filed these writ petitions. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners further submitted that the successful bidders in the auction held on 16.05.2023 filed W.P.No.23544 of 2023 challenging the order of the District Collector cancelling the said auction and this Court vide order dated 26.09.2023 allowed the said writ petition and the lease period is also over. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
