It is stated by the impleading petitioner, who is the purchaser of the property, even prior to the filing of this Original Petition, that the petitioner claiming to be the Executor of will namely S.Gnanambal has died long back. Despite service of notice and substituted service to the respondents, none appeared. Even in the main Original Petition, there is no representation to the petitioner as well as the respondents.

2. Hence, this Original Petition stands dismissed for not taking steps.

Consequently, connected applications are closed. In the event, the Original Petition is restored and any application is filed, the proposed parties are to be heard.
