This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17439 of 2023, dated 02.08.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the learned II Additional Special Judge, NDPS Act, Chennai, in C.C.No.197 of 2021, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m. till the completion of trial.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned II Additional Special Judge, NDPS Act, Chennai, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
