ORDER

2. The petitioner is challenging the tender notification, dated 17.08.2022.

3. A counter-affidavit has been filed by the fifth respondent. It is contended in the counter-affidavit that on 14.09.2022, the work orders were issued and the construction had commenced. More than 11⁄2 year has already lapsed. The building was to be put up in the premises of Milk Producers Co-operative Society at Mettankattuvalasu village. Much construction must have already been completed. No purpose would be served now by putting the clock back.

4. This Writ Petition, as such, is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.27095, 27096 and 27097 of 2022 are closed.
